The Lola advert in Autosport following the 1984 Formula Ford Festival victory and the letter to Mr M Bailey show that Lola were planning to continue in Formula Ford 1600 in 1985 but the Press Release in December shows that they had abandoned this plan and the company would not be seen in Formula Ford again.
