THE LOLA T560

The T560 was a one-off Formula Atlantic design that was raced by Jerry Hansen in SCCA racing with some success. It was an update of the previous year's T460 that had dominated the UK's "Indylantic" Championship although it had been less successful in North America. It was a relatively simple job to update the T460 to T560 spec so a number of owners went down this route which probably explains why only one car was built. Full details of the changes involved can be found below.
Additionally full technical specs for the design are also detailed below although the rear suspension details say the there was a (reversed) lower wishbone fitted but the photographs for this car and the T550 show that parallel links were employed.
