John Surtees on his way to victory in the Team Surtees T70 MkII SL71/16, the works prototype. The race is the Guards Trophy, Brands Hatch, 30th August 1965, a round of the British Sports car Championship.

Brian Redman in the Sid Taylor/Hamlyn Publishing Group T70 MkIIIB (SL76/138), Jo Bonnier in the second-placed Ecurie Bonnier MkIIIB (SL76/143) and the winning Paul Hawkins Racing MkIIIB (SL76/142) of the boss. At the same race, the Paul Hawkins/Jonathan Williams MkIIIB (SL76/142) which qualified 9th but retired with broken suspension. Car 82 is the Tony Beeson/Alain De Cadenet Ferrari Dino 206S 004 entered by Scodec de Cadenet.
