1965 LOLA T70 MkII SL71/20

Dr. Wolf Zweifler is the new owner of SL71/20 and below is the racing history of this chassis:

12/19/65: sold new to John Mecom Jr., Dallas, TX. Built up for Mecom Racing Team Lola, fitted with Ford 289ci Ford engine and Hewland LG 500 gearbox. Sold unused.

05/66: sold to Jerry Crawford, CT, USA. Painted white with blue scuttle and blue sill covers, christened "Pussycat"

Retired from active competition in August 1967 and put into storage.

30/10/2006 sold to David Clark, UK

30/11/2006 sold to John Bendall, UK

2009 -2011: Total restoration by Lola specialist Foxcraft Engineering, UK
