Ewan Geals from Victoria, Australia, is the new owner of T664 HU01 and he tells us about its history:
"I have just purchased 1983 Lola F/Ford T644, Chassis 644-01 from Colin Sullivan, who in turn had purchased the car from Andrew McInnes.
The car competes in the Australian historic racing class for Formula Fords (Group Fb) and has been a front running car in Andrew's hands.
The car was originally sold to Carl Haas and was his demonstrator car. It then was purchased in 1984 by the Skip Barber Racing School. In 1985 John Napoli took over as custodian until 1990, when Edward Callow bought the car. Edward then sold it to Andrew in 2007.
All of the original logbooks, Carl Haas sales brochures, Lola data sheets and SCCA homologation paperwork are with the car."
