1979 LOLA T492 HU68

The new owner of HU68 is Markus Deutsch who lives in Aschheim near Munich, Germany. Below he tells us something about the car.

"In February 2013 I bought the Sports 2000 LolaT492 chassis HU68 which is fitted with a Ford Pinto 4-cyl. engine from Klaus Stockburger (Schopfheim, Germany.) who apparently bought it from Ueli Eisenhut from Liechtenstein.

My first outing was in 2013 at the "Day of Thunders" at the Salzburgring. In the Histo-Cup-Austria race at the Slovakiaring (2013) I finished in first place then, at the Histo-Cup-Austria 2014, I fished first place overall in the Sports 2000. In 2015 I finished twice at the Salzburgring in first place and first of the Sports 2000s at the Misano (Italy) racetrack."
