The last of the MK1’s, and the last front engine Lola sports racer.

Martin Ford Power (Ted Martin 1500cc)

The car has won races at Sebring, Watkins Glen, Mid-Ohio, Road Atlanta, Savannah, and Lime Rock Park.

Probably built in 1961, but sold in 1962 to Grant Clark – original owner - Toronto, Ontario, Canada - raced car when new in Canada and USA.

Frank Salem - owner two - Hanover, Ontario, Canada.

Stu Lamont - owner three - Oshawa, Ontario, Canada.

Bill Hirst - Canada - owner four - Purchased/ restored it in 1985—last used it Goodwood 2003 – he passed away shortly after.

Jon Hirst-Son of Bill sold it to 2005 to Lowell Blossom.

Lowell Blossom - Michigan, USA Purchased 2005. Completely restored car, no expense spared frame up. Restoration performed by Joe Haynes of McNamara Motorsport, MWE built motor, Taylor built gearbox and diff. Lowell vintage raced it in USA, winning almost all his races.
