Keith Lewcock has sent us this great photo he took at Thruxton, Keith says:
"I thought you might like the attached picture of Frank Gardner and his Lola T190 Chevrolet taken at the Kodak F5000 meeting at Thruxton on 8th August 1970. Frank is being manoeuvred in the paddock by his mechanics, Barry and Neil Marshall, prior to the first practice session. This is the first outing for the heavily-modified T190 that became the T192, and gave the Sid Taylor team and their McLaren M10B a real fright (F5000 was jokingly referred to as “Formula Gethin” at the time). The team have been so busy that they haven’t had time to put the race number on the front!
