STAR DRIVERS TO RACE LOLA LMP's IN 2010

A host of exciting driver announcements have been made recently with some legendary names confirmed to race Lola LMP sports cars this season. Marco Andretti, grandson of the legendary Mario Andretti has signed to race for the Rebellion Racing team at this years Le Mans 24 Hours. The 22 year old will become the third generation of Andretti to drive a Lola designed car. Marco has experience of LMP cars as he raced an Acura in 2008and he will get his first taste of the 2010 spec Lola-Rebellion at Paul Ricard next month before making his La Sarthe debut in June.

Drayson Racing also made a spectacular announcement last week as five time Le Mans winner Emanuele Pirro will join them for the Sebring 12 Hours, Le Mans and Petit Le Mans.

2003 Le Mans winner and current Dyson Racing driver, Guy Smith will get to drive an LMP1 spec Lola as well this year after he agreed to race in the Paul Ricard 8 Hours and the Le Mans 24 Hours for the Rebellion racing team.
