T592 (1983) brake rotors question

Hello everyone

Hoping someone can help or point me in the right direction with this query.

My father in law owns a 1983 T592 (S2000), he's not super confident searching on the inter webs (hence my assistance), but trying to find out the following:

1. What production car was the donor for the front and rear brake rotors on the T592?
2. He's also trying to find out which production car was the donor for the rear brake rotors on the T590 as well

I've tried to contact Lola directly via Facebook with no success, so hoping I will have better success via this community.

Thanks for any help provided. I think this question is fairly straight forward but let me know if you need anything clarified.
