Alexandre, I will dig in the pic files of my ongoing restoration of SL142/20. You can also find info on T140/42 chassis here:

Don't you want to do this in 1/18 scale - 1/24 seems to me very small...

Wow! Thank you Reto ! This is what i was looking for, and now i just need to buy a 1/24 Revell 69 Camaro to use the engine in this project. I have some 1/24 Chevy engines, but they are engines from dragsters kits , too big than a "normal" engine (maybe 7000 cc). I also have some Ford engines, but i don't know no one T140/142 that have used Ford engines.
Thank you again!
Cheers.

A camaro Z28 Small Block Chevy would be correct - but you have to find a Weber IDA 48 setup for it. And then the gearbox (Hewland LG500 or LG600) too. Is there a 1/24 model of the T70? Because this car would have it all - the engine, the carbs, the gearbox and adapter and the uprights are also identical to the T140/142. Or get a 1/12 scale tamya T70 and use these parts  (this would be the expensive route...)

Hi Reto.
Yes, there are a 1/24 Lola T70 kit (i don't know the brand), but is very rare and very expensive, like the Tamiya kit. Well, i'll try to make the engine using what i have in my spare boxes ( a lot of 1/24 parts). This is why i don't build a 1/18 scale model (spare parts). I have a friend who is a great scratchbuilder, he can build a 1/18 scale model, but me, no chance!
Cheers.

Here's a 1/24 T142 slot car body:

Doesn't look very accurate - but perhaps better than nothing
