Parts for Lola T70 3B Spyder

Postby bobrow01 » Fri Jan 30, 2009 3:36 am

I am currently restoring Dan Gurney's 1967 Lola T70 3B, SL75-122, to its original spyder configuration and at the same time creating a clone to use the old coupe body and the Chevy small block that I have run in it for the last 10 years. The restored spyder will use a Ford small block with Webers.

I am looking for suspension parts, a Hewland LG 500 or 600 plus a wind screen for the T-70 Spyder body. Any help in directing me to sources of these parts would be appreciated.

Bob, I have been in contact with the person doing the restoration and advised him of a few sources for parts. Everything you need is available from either Lola or other sources. Are you going to put a set of Gurney Weslake heads on it ?

I am not sure about the Gurney-Westlake heads, will be meeting with Carl tomorrow and will discuss.
