Lola T310 #HU01 - racing history ?

Postby loladrive » Mon Feb 11, 2008 4:40 pm

I am the owner of the second Lola T310 built: chassis #HU02. The car was shown at the Lola stand during the 1972 Earls Court Motorshow in London. It appeared to having been sold after the show to its first owner in Australia. Little is known of its racing history over there, prior to it being acquired by historic racer Nigel Hulme. Subsequently HU02 travelled to the States after being purchased by Chuck Haines. Finally Peter Kaus bought the car for 250.000 $ for his Rosso Bianco museum. I am tracing back the racing history of this rare Lola in Australia. The car is now fully race ready again ! Can anybody help ?
doing research on racing history of T310-HU02

While I do not know the history you are looking for, I do know where the molds for your uprights and the jigs for your suspension are and the molds for the bodywork as well. I can pm the info if you want it..
