Over the last few days three new Lola sportscars have taken to the tracks for the first time.

At Donington Park the Continuation T70 of Lola Chairman Martin Birrane had its first outing. Noted sportscar driver and former British GT Champion Callum Lockie was the driver, within three laps he was down to a competitive time and over a thirty lap run all his laps were within half a second of each other.

Meanwhile Brands Hatch at the weekend, saw the debut of two new Sports 2000 B07/90 cars. Racing as part of the support package for the A1GP series car number 4 was driven by Nick Bates, run by Nick Bates Motorsport, and the number 8 car is Jon Finch run by Chris Snowdon Motorsport. Both teams are looking forward to a successful season in this year's Sports 2000 championship.
