Lolas were to feature at the Brands Hatch HSCC Superprix and the fun began on Friday with unofficial practice.

With a Lola T70 top three and a T210 in fifth it was a superb day for the marque. Congratulations to Richard Meins on his Saturday win and Peter Dunn for victory on Sunday. The battle for the lead on Saturday was this close all race long.

Lola Chairman Martin Birrane took 5th place and a class win on Saturday.
The effects of a bout of flu prevented Martin Birrane from repeating Saturdays success and he sat out the Sunday race.
The Peter Dunn /Richard Styles Car was playing catch-up on Saturday but enjoyed an emphatic win on Sunday.
Lola cars made their mark at the HSCC event on Saturday 6 th May. A 1,2,3 in the Sports Car Masters event was followed by a crushing 21 sec. victory in the Grandstand Motor Sports Historic Formula Ford race for reigning Champion Neil Fowler.
In only his second season of Historic Racing David Wild is proving to be competitive and was pleased to secure two fifth places in Saturdays changeable conditions.
Also enjoying himself was Terence Tumber in his Lola T200. Having not raced since early 2005 Terence put in a asteady drive which augers well for the rest of the season.
